Seller Advance
GAP Bridging Solutions can cover relocation costs, settlement of arrear rates, repairs or transfer duty on a new property, bridging the GAP and doing away with the stressful waiting period.

Finances
1) We advance up to a maximum of 80% of the nett sale proceeds.
2) Our rate is 0.15% per day
3) We charge no admin fees.
Requirements
1) Any and all cash portions of the purchase price must be held in the Attorneys Trust Account.
2) Guarantees must be in place.
3) All suspensive conditions must be fulfilled ( as well as those in financially linked transactions)
How to apply
We need the following to be sent to us via email to apply@gapbridging.co.za
1) Completed Application Form
2) A Copy of the offer to purchase
3) Identity documents
4) Proof of address
5) Proof of Banking details where funds are to be paid.
We will then contact the Conveyancer directly and obtain the necessary supporting documents.
PLEASE NOTE that if the seller is a Company/Trust/Close Corporation we require a Resolution and Guarantee.
AGENT ADVANCE
GAP Bridging Solutions has the means to ensure that Estate Agents have the steady cashfow by bridging the GAP between the sale and registration enabling the Agent to maintain their Monthly accounts and Debit orders.

First time Applicants
If you are applying for the first time, we require the following documents once-off:
1) Initialled Terms and Conditions
2) Identity Documents
3) Proof of home address
4) Proof of Banking Details
5) Current Fidelity Fund Certificates: Agent, Agency, Principal.
Finances
1) We advance up to a maximum of 80% of your nett commission.
2) Our rate is 0.135% per day (being R1.35 per R1000 per day)
3) We charge no admin fees.
Requirements
1) Any and all cash portions of the purchase prices must be held in the Attorneys Trust Account.
2) Final Bond Approval must be in place.
3) All suspensive conditions must be fulfilled (as well as those in financially linked transactions.)

2) A copy of Offer to Purchase
We will then contact the conveyancer directly and obtain the necessary supporting documents.
Bond Advances
If you are taking out a first or further Mortgage Bond on your property then GAP bridging Solutions can bridge the GAP for the period between Bond Approval and Bond Registration.

24hr Turnaround time
GAP Bridging Solutions streamlines the transfer process by releasing the funds required for rates, transfer duty, deposits, compliance certificates or repairs which would otherwise only be available after registration.
We aim for a 24hr turnaround time in every case and all depends on correct information being supplied by our clients and timeous receipt of supporting documents from Conveyancers.
